TV shelf returns and exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and returns are excepted, however if you do ever need to return a product to us for any reason you must first contact us to get a return authorization number before returning the item(s). Items received without a return authorization number from tvshelves.com will not receive a credit. Please read the following section for the description of your situation and our policy on such situations.

Product received defective

We examine all of our products prior to shipment to reduce the chances of defective items being shipped, however if you do receive a defective product notify us and we will replace the item at no charge to you. You will need to contact us within 15 days of product delivery with a description of the defect. We will issue a return authorization number and you will be required to return the item to us. Once we receive the item and verify the defect we will ship out a replacement item and reimburse you for reasonable return shipping cost. If for any reason the product is no longer available we will replace the item with one of equal or higher value or refund your original purchase price plus shipping cost at our discretion.

Item damaged in shipping

All items are shipped insured and will be repaired or replaced. We will need your assistance as required by the shipper to insure proper handling of the claim. If for any reason the product is no longer available a refund of your original purchase plus shipping will be made.

Not satisfied for any reason

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from TVshelves.com for any reason you may return the item to us for a refund of your original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. You must contact us for a return authorization number within 15 days of receiving the item (15 days from delivery date). Items must be returned in original packing material and in original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded. This offer does not apply to custom made component media shelves or custom made heavy duty TV sliders.

Wrong item received

We certainly hope that we never have this problem but if we do we will take all necessary steps to get the correct item sent out with a pre-paid return label provided. Please contact us and chastise us for our stupidity.

Custom products size error

If we make an error manufacturing a custom TV slider or component media shelf we will make it right. We will remake the item and ship it to you along with a pre-paid return label for the original product. Original must be returned in good condition

If you make an error measuring, obtain a return authorization number within 15 days of receipt and ship the incorrect item back to us. We will remake the item to your new size and send it to you for no additional charge. If the replacement item has a higher cost than the original item you will be responsible for the difference in price.

Liability limits

Customer accepts responsibility for judging the soundness of the installation and the suitability of the product for their intended use. TV shelves and Shelves That Slide inc can not be held liable for any damage caused by any product failure regardless of the reason of that failure. The responsibility of TV shelves and Shelves That Slide inc are limited to replacement of the product if it is properly installed and used as intended. Shipping charges may apply.
